Schupp Companies begins the third major urban transformation planned for 3804 Wilson Blvd a few blocks east of Ballston Quarter. An eight unit apartment building and Staples retail store occupy the property presently. Located only a few steps from the Virginia Square Metro station, The Virginia Square Hotel will transform the current location into a modern hotel on Wilson Boulevard.
