President and Owner

Ray has over 30 years experience as an entrepreneur in commercial real estate and has guided all investing, development, re-marketing, and financing for the Schupp Companies portfolio. He is a trained accountant and expert in real estate finance. Ray is an active member in the Urban Land Institute and received his MBA from George Washington University and holds a B.A. from Catholic University.

From its inception by the Schupp family, Schupp Companies has been delivering proven real estate success to our clients in the Washington D.C. metro area for more than three decades.
Team – Anthony Clark

Anthony (Tony) is responsible for financial reporting, supervision of accounting systems, and liaison with outside tax preparers. He has 25 years of accounting experience, with extensive emphasis on real estate development and property management accounting. Tony has a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University and is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Team – Jim Villars

Jim manages all development projects and acquisitions, from initial evaluation and feasibility studies, through site planning, entitlement approvals, permitting, bidding and construction. Jim’s career spans 25+ years in commercial real estate focusing on development, acquisitions, and project management. He has worked for Price Enterprises, CBRE, MulvanneyG2, and Next Realty. Jim has a B.S. degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Team – Michelle Graham

Michele performs a various array of duties from operations management such as hiring and budgeting to loan placement and acquisitions. She has over 8 years of experience in commercial property management and operations management with Schupp Companies. Michele graduated with honors in 2008 from the University of Baltimore with a B.S. in Real Estate and Economic Development.

Team – Nate Rosen

Nate oversees accounting operations including financial reports, accounting systems, liaison with outside accountants, and cash management. He has 9 years of accounting experience, specializing in the real estate and construction industries. Nate has a B.B.A. in Accounting from Radford University and is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants.

Nate Rosen

Team – Thomas Morris

Thomas manages investor relations, reporting, and valuation modeling. He has 20+ years experience consulting in IT and finance on matters of capital formation, investment strategy and valuation, and manages portfolios for a group of private investors. Thomas has been an adjunct professor at GMU and holds an M.S. Finance from George Washington University and a B.S. in Physics from Auburn University.

Team – Mike Hammer

Has the responsibility for Information Systems and Web Management. Mike brings 20 years industrial experience at GM (Internal Management Consultant) and Mobil Oil (Training Manager) He has 25+ years with JLS Consulting focusing on Process Analysis, Design and Implementation at many Fortune 500 companies. He has a BA degree from Ripon College in Ripon Wisconsin, the birthplace of the Republican Party.

Team – Albert Palmer

Albert is responsible for property management and maintaining excellent tenant relationships. He is responsible for identification of property enhancements, selection of vendors and contractors, and oversight of all property improvements. Albert has a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Maryland and is pursuing an M.S. in Commercial Real Estate at American University.

Andrea is responsible for Schupp Companies Payroll on a part time Consulting basis. She has a Batchelor's degree from Virginia Tech and a Masters Degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Team – Janine Dumon

Janine performs administrative and office support by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence, arranging company dinners and other corporate functions. She reports directly to Mr. Schupp and is responsible for his support as well as other Team Members.
