Located in Springfield, VA at the corner of Backlick Road and Old Keene Mill Road/Route 644, the project is adjacent to the I-95/I395/I495 on-ramp providing excellent access to the region. The building design follows the new Hampton Inn & Suites prototype adopted by Hilton in January 2018. The hotel façade will bring an upscale context with brick, metal panels and high grade commercial EIFS. Vibrant landscaping will be incorporated into the project to enhance the pedestrian experience on Backlick road and Springfield Boulevard.
