The Sycolin Retail Center is a subset of the Sycolin Leesburg projecct and is located at the intersection of Sycolin Road and Battlefield Parkway in Leesburg. A build-to-suit Kiddie Academy Daycare building and a three-tenant retail building were completed in November 2010. Both buildings were fully leased and the property was sold for a profit. A bank pad of 3,500 SF remains available.
